Mr Day is currently Non-executive Director and Chairman of Orbital Corporation Limited, Non-executive Director of Multiple Sclerosis Limited (and related entities), and SAI Global Limited. He is a member of the Risk Management & Audit Committee of the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority and the Accounting Professional & Ethical Standards Board.

Mr Day was formerly Executive General Manager Finance for Amcor Limited for seven years and has also held senior executive positions with, Bonlac Foods, ASIC, Rio Tinto, CRA and Comalco. He has a diversified background in financial reporting, finance and general management
