Rustom Jilla
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Rustom joined Ansell in September 2002 as Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Ansell, Rustom had fourteen years of work experience in M&A, product management and financial management roles with global companies.
Rustom joined Ansell from PerkinElmer Inc, where he was Vice President Financial Operations. This followed a successful 12 year international career with progressively senior leadership roles at The BOC Group plc, involving US, New Zealand and global businesses.
Rustom’s qualifications include an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and he is a Chartered Accountant (Sri Lanka) and Chartered Management Accountant (UK).
