Steve Genzer
Senior Vice President Operations
Joining Ansell from 3M, Steve Genzer has been appointed in August 2010 to the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Operations.
He heads up end-to-end supply operations, including manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and QA - and is based at Ansell’s HQ in Red Bank, NJ.
Steve has close to 20 years of experience running manufacturing and distribution operations in the US, China and SE Asia and lends his expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement to enhance Ansell’s operating effectiveness.
He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from William Woods University.
