Phil has been with Ansell since April 1998 when he was appointed our Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Prior to joining Ansell, Phil was Vice President of Human Resources of Alpharma Inc. (generic pharmaceuticals) from 1996 to 1997 and was Director of Training & Development & International Compensation for Textron Inc. from 1994 until 1996.
Phil was hired by Bristol-Myers in the United Kingdom in 1988 as Personnel Director and was transferred to the United States in September 1990, as Human Resources Director, Europe, for Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Group.
