Staying interested in one job for many years is not an easy thing. One should not expect it to happen by itself. I started putting my best into my work and it has helped me stay stimulated and interested during my tenure of 2 years with Ansell.
What advice would you give to those thinking about joining Ansell?: 
Being a Global Leader in protection solutions Ansell is one of the good companies which are ethically good. I have personally been a part of the Ansell family for the past two years and would highly recommend it. Definite exposure if you put your best in the job in Ansell.
