Dorothea Klein
Senior Vice President - Human Resources
Dorothea Klein was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources in November 2010.
Based in the Red Bank office, she oversees Ansell's global Human Resource strategies and functions.
As an international Human Resources Executive, Dorothea has a broad background in human resources, mergers & acquisitions and finance while working in global, matrixed organizations.
Dorothea joined Ansell from Abraxis BioScience where she was Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, Dorothea held human resources leadership positions at Philips Healthcare and Sanofi-Aventis in Germany and the US. Dorothea also spent 14 years in various finance and M&A positions in the US, France and Germany.
Dorothea holds Business Administration Degrees from Europäisches Studium für Betriebswirtschaft, Reutlingen, Germany and from CESEM Reims, France and has completed Executive Management programs at Wharton School of Business and INSEAD.
