Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer since March 2010.

Prior to joining Ansell, Mr Nicolin, a Swedish citizen spent 3 years with Newell Rubbermaid, Inc., most recently as President, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Prior to that he spent seven years with Esselte Business Systems, Inc. where in 2002 he led the leveraged buy-out of Esselte from the Stockholm and London Stock Exchanges. Following the buy-out he became the Chief Executive Officer of Esselte.

Mr. Nicolin has also held senior management positions with Bayer AG, Pitney Bowes and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Nicolin holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Neil was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ansell Limited effective July 15, 2013 and is based in the MetroPark, NJ office.

He has more than 20 years of professional finance experience, gained working across a diverse group of international businesses, and covering all areas of tax, treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, business development, M&A, post merger integrations and internal audit.

Neil was born in the UK and spent the first 17 years of his career with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) where he served in operational finance leadership positions in ICI regions, GBU’s and functions based in the UK, South Africa, the US and Singapore.

Most recently, Neil was the Chief Financial Officer of Innophos, a publicly listed US specialty ingredients manufacturing company based in Cranbury, NJ, with revenues of $860 million. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Lincoln College, Oxford University and is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA).

Scott Corriveau

President and General Manager - Industrial Solutions Global Business Unit

Scott joined Ansell in October 2005 as head of Global Business Development and in 2007 became Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. Before being appointed President and General Manager - Industrial Solutions GBU in November 2011, Scott acted as President and General Manager - New Verticals GBU since August 2010.

Scott spent the prior four years as CEO and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Earthstone International, LLC where he lead the start up of a successful consumer product company.

Prior to that he was President of Northland Cranberries, Inc, where he successfully grew a food and beverage business and spearheaded the acquisition and integration of a major consumer business.

Scott spent nearly ten years with Cadbury Beverages, Plc, where he held a number of senior sales and marketing positions including Vice President Sales and Customer Marketing, Dr Pepper/7up, Vice President of Customer Marketing, and Vice President of Trade Development Motts North America.

Scott has extensive experience in sales and marketing, along with working with investment banks, capital raising and acquisition integrations.

Scott holds a Master of Business Administration, Pepperdine University Executive Program, Malibu, CA, and a Bachelor of Arts-Business Administration, California State University, Fullerton, CA; Concentration in Marketing.

Peter Dobbelsteijn has been appointed Senior Vice President and Regional Director for Ansell Guardian, the EMEA and APAC Region in August 2010.

He is responsible for Sales and Trade Marketing, Warehousing and Logistics operations across Europe, Middle-East and Africa and is based at the Ansell EMEA HQ in Brussels.

Peter has 20+ years of experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies across EMEA, and for a variety of businesses.

Before joining Ansell, Dobbelsteijn was with Newell Rubbermaid where he successfully led their EMEA North Central Region.

Peter has a degree in Marketing from the Dutch Marketing Institute in Amsterdam.

Joining Ansell from 3M, Steve Genzer was appointed in August 2010 to the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Operations.

He heads up end-to-end supply operations, including manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and QA - and is based at Ansell’s HQ in Iselin, NJ.

Steve has close to 20 years of experience running manufacturing and distribution operations in the US, China and SE Asia and lends his expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement to enhance Ansell’s operating effectiveness.

He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from William Woods University.

Joe Kubicek

President and General Manager Single Use Global Business Unit

Joe joined Ansell in January, 2014 through the acquisition of BarrierSafe Solutions International (BSSI). Kubicek was appointed to the role of President and General Manager of the Single Use Global Business Unit.

Kubicek sits in the Single Use business headquarters corporate offices in Lake Forest, IL.

In this role, Joe has responsibility for portfolio management and marketing for all single-use gloves within all industry verticals and customers relationships, except for Medical markets. In addition, Joe has responsibility for providing leadership for sourcing for all single-use gloves.

Joe has nearly 25 years of working experience in a broad-range of functions including operations, finance, and senior management. He has experience working in Mexico’s maquiladora manufacturing industry in both healthcare and consumer electronics. Prior to his tenure at Ansell, Joe held the role of CFO/COO at BSSI. Prior to joining BSSI, Joe worked for Cardinal Health from 1991 to 2007, where he served in numerous roles such as VP Supply Chain, SVP Operations of the Medical/Surgical U.S. Distribution segment, and SVP of Finance for the Medical/Surgical North America $5 billion USD segment. Before Cardinal Health, Joe held the role of Finance Manager at Zenith Electronics Corp. from 1989 to 1991.

Joe holds a B.A. in Spanish and a Minor in Business from the University of Houston Honors College and an MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird.

Francois Le Jeune

François le Jeune joined Ansell in November 2004. He currently serves as SVP Business Development and Transformational Initiatives and is a member of the Ansell Executive Leadership Team. In March of 2013, François was appointed interim-CFO where he served until July, 2013.

Previously, he was CFO and Vice President of Ansell EMEA, where he was responsible for all financial matters and, oversaw 11 legal entities books (Belgium, France, Germany, UK, Poland, Italy, Spain, Russia, Dubai) and was a member of the EMEA Executive Team, reporting to Group CFO and the Senior VP EMEA.

In September 2010, François led the Industrial Global Finance within the new matrix structure. As of July, 2012, he moved full-time into the role of VP Finance, Emerging Markets and Business Development for the Industrial Global Business Unit.

Prior to joining Ansell, François served 13 years at Procter & Gamble in the finance department leading up to an Associate Director of Finance for the Global Home Care Division. Immediately after this tenure with Procter & Gamble, François provided two years of service to Kinetics, a California based Company as Vice President of Finance and Administration - Europe and Middle East.

François le Jeune holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, and a Master of Engineering in Physics and Material Sciences from – UCL in Belgium.

Anthony Lopez

President and General Manager - Medical Global Business Unit and Chief Commercial Officer LAC Region

Anthony Lopez joined Ansell as President and General Manager of the Medical Solutions Global Business Unit in October 2011.

In this role, Anthony has full P&L responsibility for the Medical Solutions GBU, and manages all aspects of marketing, R&D Strategic Planning as well as the dedicated verticals focused on the Acute and non-acute Care Markets and Surgical Supplies.

He also leads the manufacturing and supply chain, as well as MGBU finance, as matrixed functions.

Anthony joined Ansell from CareFusion, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Respiratory Systems.

Prior to CareFusion, Anthony served 18 years at Johnson and Johnson in several leadership roles and general management in their Ethicon and DePuy Franchises.

Anthony holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and a M.S. in Engineering Management/Business from the University of Dayton.

As of July 1, 2012, Tony assumed responsibility for all of Ansell’s business segments in the Latin America/Caribbean Region.

Debbie Lynch

Debbie joined Ansell in October, 2012 as Vice President, Human Resources for North America and Latin America, and the Medical Global Business Unit.

In February 2014, Debbie was appointed to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Debbie sits in the global corporate headquarters for Ansell located in MetroPark, NJ.

In this role, Debbie has responsibility for leadership and management of the HR function at Ansell. The mission of the HR function is to provide innovative HR solutions to foster an environment that maximizes each employee’s potential and engagement, delivers excellent business results, and establishes Ansell as a global employer of choice.

Debbie spent the first six years of her professional career in the Finance function and then moved to Human Resources, working in the Talent Management, Organizational Development, Recruiting, and Employee Relations Centers of Excellence.

The majority of Debbie’s HR career has been as a strategic business partner to global, regional, and functional groups throughout her twenty plus years in Human Resources. Debbie’s experience spans a number of different industries with companies including State Farm, Prudential Financial, Avaya, Lucent Technologies, and Sanofi.

Debbie holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from Bloomsburg University, an M.S. in Personnel Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Debbie also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management.

Debbie is affiliated with several professional and philanthropic organizations including the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA), and serves as a board member at Cancer Support Community of Central New Jersey.

Mike Mattos

Mike joined Ansell in January, 2014 through the acquisition of BarrierSafe Solutions International (BSSI). Mike was appointed to the role of SVP & Regional Director, North American (NA) region at Ansell.

Mike sits in the global corporate headquarters for Ansell located in MetroPark, NJ.

In this role, Mike has responsibility for the combined sales, planning, logistics, and customer service activities of the Ansell NA region.

Prior to his tenure at Ansell, Mike served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Microflex Corporation and was named Chief Executive Officer of BarrierSafe Solutions International in 2006. From 1997 to 2001, Mike was a Director of Sales at Safeskin Corporation and following the acquisition of Safeskin by Kimberly-Clark, he became the Director of Sales and Marketing of the Scientific and Industrial business. He then transitioned to General Manager in Kimberly-Clark’s Healthcare Sector from 2002 until 2004. Before joining Safeskin, Mike worked two years at Absolute Quality Leadership (AQL) as Director of Sales and Marketing for a single-use glove business.

Mike holds a B.A. in Political Economics from the University of California-Berkeley.

Prior to joining Ansell, William was Associate General Counsel of C. R. Bard, Inc. from 1990-2000.

Prior to Bard, William held increasingly responsible positions as senior counsel with The Hertz Corporation, McKesson Corporation, Dresser Industries and GAF Corporation.

William earned a B.A. cum laude in English from Fairfield University in 1974 and a J.D. at Seton Hall University Law School in 1979.

Chrystelle sits in the Ansell Cergy office in Paris, France.

During her tenure at Ansell, Chrystelle has held roles of increasing responsibility including: Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA – Surgical Gloves, Marketing Director – EMEA, Senior Director Global Marketing, and most recently Vice President Global Marketing – Medical Solutions.

In this new global role of Senior Vice President, Quality Assurance, Chrystelle is transitioning from Marketing into Quality Assurance. Her responsibilities are to provide specialized knowledge and strategic insights in the field of quality control procedures and practices across the Company. The transition into the Quality Assurance function stems from Chrystelle serving as a strong customer advocate throughout her tenure at Ansell.

Chrystelle holds a B.S. in English from La Sorbonne University in Paris and a Master’s Degree in International Marketing and Commercial Affairs from ISIT in Paris.

Frank joined Ansell in September, 2012 as Vice President, Global Branding, Corporate Communications and Creative Services and was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Marketing in July, 2014.

Frank sits in the global corporate headquarters for Ansell located in MetroPark, NJ.

In this role, Frank has responsibility for leadership and management of the global Corporate Communications and Marketing function at Ansell. He has responsibility for corporate-wide branding strategy and implementation, global creative services, and company-wide Marketing Communications. In addition, Frank is responsible for developing and implementing innovative, company-wide branding initiatives that encompass all aspects of Brand Marketing, to ensure consistency of message and brand and provide enhanced end-to-end Marketing Communications services to the global Marketing organizations.

Prior to his tenure at Ansell, Frank served as Director, Corporate Citizenship Programs, for GE Corporation, where he was named “CSR Executive of the Year” by PR News. His responsibilities included coordinating the Company's global citizenship efforts, developing and managing the Company's Citizenship Report, monitoring the Company's engagement with the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, and serving as the lead communicator for GE-sponsored disaster relief efforts. Prior to that role, Frank was the Marketing Communications Leader at GE Transportation (Rail Services) in Chicago, Illinois, where he developed integrated internal and external marketing and communications plans to support the business's growth strategy. Before joining GE, Frank held various leadership positions at CIGNA Healthcare and BellSouth, including managing Brand Communications, Community Relations and Investor Relations for the companies.

Frank holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Georgia and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Kentucky. He is a native of Madrid, Spain.

In his new role of Senior Vice President, R&D for the Industrial and Single Use business units, Darryl has management oversight of global R&D functions in Mexico, US, Portugal, Sweden, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Korea.

Darryl is a senior R&D executive with 25 years of broad experience in R&D, Engineering, and Marketing, providing vision, strategy, and execution excellence in delivering large transformational projects with global scope.

Prior to his tenure at Ansell, Darryl served as Vice President, Engineering at Sabert Corporation, Director, Marketing, Director, Technology, and Director, Six Sigma at AlliedSignal/Honeywell, and Product and Process Development Manager at General Electric, with progressively increasing responsibilities at each.

Darryl holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA from New York University.

Giri Peddinti joined Ansell in January 2012 as Chief Information Officer.

Giri is a results oriented IT Executive with 20 years of deep technology and extensive business relationship management experience, providing vision, strategy and execution excellence in delivering large transformational projects with global scope. He has diverse international experience and is skilled in building technology shared services and centers of excellence, streamlining application delivery and infrastructure operations.

Giri's experience include implementing enterprise architecture, IT security and controls, supply chain processes, middle-ware, B2B/C portals and ERP capabilities.

Most recently Giri served as Global Head of Technology with Timberland, and prior to that he had held executive IT leadership positions at PepsiCo with progressively incremental responsibilities. Prior to PepsiCo, Giri held technology leadership roles at Southwest Airlines and Computer Sciences Corporation.

Giri holds a Master of Business Administration, Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Amravati University, India.

Based in the Iselin office, he oversees Ansell's global IT capabilities and strategies.
