The majority of our team has worked in multi-specialty clinics in various leadership positions prior to joining Ansell. Each of our consultants comes from a position of intimate hands-on experience and exposure to medical industry standards, practice and innovation.
As subject matter experts, our specialists stay abreast of changes in technology, evidence-based knowledge and clinical practice to provide advice, recommendations and education to healthcare professionals, strengthening our impact in reducing the risk of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs), promoting safety, and increasing quality outcomes.

Patricia Taylor, RN, BA
Patty is Vice President of Professional Education and Clinical Affairs for Ansell. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario with major emphasis in psychology and sociology. She is a registered nurse with international experience focusing on perioperative safety, quality and education. Being an active member of professional associations and networking groups for more than 30 years is a key factor in her professional growth and success. Patty utilizes her years of experience in healthcare, knowledge of perioperative practice, and concern for infection prevention to support product development and clinical research, create accredited continuing education courses, lecture, and author articles.
ALEXANDRA MARCHENKO, DIPLOMA HIGHER MEDICAL EDUCATION, CERTIFICATE DENTIST-SURGERY (RUSSIA)
Alexandra is the Clinical Consultant for Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazastan). Alexandra is a graduate of Kiev State Medical University, where she obtained a speciality in dentistry, and a graduate of Kyiv Medical Academy of post-graduate education. She practiced as a doctor-surgeon of dentistry in the city hospital in Kyiv. Alexandra utilizes expert clinical knowledge to assist healthcare providers with the delivery of optimal patient care in the perioperative setting. With healthcare industry expertise, Alexandra fosters ongoing interactions with medical professionals to deliver education, presentations and lectures addressing key issues of concern to her region.
CORINNE GILOT, RN (FRANCE)
Corinne is a Clinical Consultant in France. Although focusing her efforts in Paris and Northern France, she also provides support throughout the French Territory. She received her Professional Health and Social Certificate in 1985 and was licensed through CAFAS in 1986. Corinne’s 12 years of hands-on experience in operating theaters includes various specialties such as orthopedics, digestive, plastic, cardio- vascular, and urology. Corinne is actively involved in training perioperative nurses at the national graduate school as well as surgery nursing school in Paris, France. Corinne is also involved in workshops at the National Union association of perioperative nurses (UNAIBODE) and the Regional school of perioperative nurses of Ibodes (JREP).
LATISHA RICHARDSON, RN, BSN, MSN (UNITED STATES)
Latisha is a Clinical Consultant in North America focusing her efforts in the United States. Latisha holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Northern Michigan University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Joliet Junior College in Illinois. She maintains a multistate Registered Nurse licensure. Latisha is an experienced medical professional with more than 15 years of hand-on practice in the healthcare industry. Latisha has held various positions such as Coordinator of an Associate Degree Nursing program, Perioperative Educator, Registered Nurse Paralegal and Clinical Nurse Operating Room.
LUCE OUELLET, RN, BSN (CANADA)
Luce is a Clinical Consultant in North America focusing her efforts in Canada. She received both her post-graduate diploma in Pharmacy and Economy and her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the Université de Montréal. Luce obtained her Diploma in Nursing Technology from C.E.G.E.P. André-Laurendeau, Québec. Luce’s 14 years of hands-on experience in healthcare includes neurology and neurosurgery intensive care as well as Research Coordinator for an Immune Deficiency Treatment Center. Luce has spoken nationally on a wide variety of healthcare issues, authored continuing education certification programs, and has written many articles pertaining to perioperative safety, oncology and immune deficiency.
Mia Jung RN, BN (Korea)
Mia is a Clinical Consultant for Ansell in Korea. She is a Certified Registered Nurse, in both Australia and South Korea. She received her Bachelor of Nursing at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia and Diploma in Nursing at the National Medical Centre College of Nursing in Korea. Mia has 10 years of direct patient care in the Operating Theatre with a concentration in Orthopaedic, Gynaecology, General, ENT, Plastic, and Intraocular surgeries. Focused on peri-operative patient care, central sterilization system management, new graduate nurse teaching, and operating theatre policy and procedure development Mia has impacted the advancement of quality of care.
PAMELA WERNER, RN, BSN, MBA, CNOR (UNITED STATES)
Pam is a Clinical Consultant in North America focusing her efforts in the United States. She received her master’s in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Alverno College, Milwaukee, WI. Pam is CNOR certified, having demonstrated the knowledge and skills that denote competency in the specialized field of perioperative nursing. She has more than 15 years of perioperative nursing experience, developing comprehensive experience in the field of surgical patient care, education and administration. Pam has spoken nationally, authored several continuing education certification programs, and published numerous articles on perioperative safety.
REBECCA JOANNA WILLIAMS, RN, BN (HONS) (UNITED KINGDOM)
Rebecca is a Clinical Consultant concentrating on business in the United Kingdom. She received her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Wales Swansea and obtained her CT:01 (teaching certificate) in adult education at the University of Wales Newport. Rebecca has seven years of practical experience in a hospital environment. She is a degree-qualified staff nurse, continuing to work on a casual basis with experience in medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, and continuing care in the community. As a Clinical Educator, Rebecca gained experience teaching in hospitals and lecturing at The University of Wales Swansea. Rebecca has authored several professional development programs and is affiliated with the Association for Perioperative Practice.
RIM ABOU CHAHINE, BSN, MQM (MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA)
Rim is an Educational Manager for Ansell in the Middle East and Africa. She is a graduate of the college Notre Dame des Apotres and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanese University Faculty of Public Health, Nursing Services, and a master's degree in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong. Rim is fluent in Arabic, French and English. Her practical clinical experience includes responsibilities such as paramedic for emergency and medical services in Lebanon, as well as medical, surgical and emergency duties in a hospital environment. Rim is also a skilled and accomplished educator and trainer with experience from the Harvard Medical School Dubai Center and the Cedars-Jebel Ali International Hospital.
SAYAKO YAMADA, BA, CT (JAPAN)
Sayako is a Clinical Consultant for Ansell in Japan. Sayako received her sanitary degree from Kanagawa Prefectural Sanitarian Junior College in Japan. She is a licensed Medical Technologist obtaining certification after graduating the college. Her clinical experience encompasses a wide range of in-vitro diagnostics in the laboratory including clinical chemistry, immunological chemistry, urinalysis, physiological tests, blood cell counting and blood drawing. Sayako designed training materials based on scientific knowledge and enhanced understanding and skill advancement of clinical tests through lectures to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, patients and medical representatives.
Silvana Harding, RN (Australia)
Silvana is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare and the medical device industry. She has spent the last few years working as a Nurse Educator and Senior Corporate Sales Specialist and Trainer. She brings to the role relevant clinical nursing practice and experience in account management. Silvana will be primarily responsible for managing clinical research, key opinion leader engagement, evaluations and education associated with new product development and the existing portfolio. Additionally, ensuring further clinical differentiation, she will enhance existing and design new education and value-add programs for healthcare professionals.
SYLVIA NADLER, RN, NURSING TEACHER (GERMANY)
Sylvia is a Clinical Consultant providing services to the German healthcare market. Sylvia is a qualified Hygiene Specialist, a State approved and certified registered nurse, and a State approved and certified instructor for healthcare professionals. She is currently qualified by the German Medical Association to execute certified physicians trainings. Her practical nursing experience is in the perioperative setting, focused on consulting and training of physicians, pharmacists and nursing professionals. Sylvia has developed numerous professional training courses and spoken and lectured nationally on a wide range of healthcare topics such as hygiene, infection control, allergy management and double gloving.
