The Company’s name was changed from Pacific Dunlop Limited to Ansell Limited with effect from 24 April 2002.
5:1 Consolidation of Issued Capital – 12 April 2002
With effect from 12 April 2002, the issued capital of the Company was consolidated on the basis that each 5 existing shares in Pacific Dunlop Limited (as the Company was then known) were consolidated into 1 fully paid share in the same company, which was subsequently re-named Ansell Limited.
