I need certificates for products I received from Ansell, where can I locate these?

For BioClean™, MICROFLEX® or any additional Ansell Products, please go to Certificates Look-Up and follow the guidelines.

The extensive range of BioClean™ cleanroom consumables including clean or validated sterile disposable gloves, autoclavable, single-use goggles and disposable garments which are trusted in more than 80 countries.

We off offer Certificate of Irradiation (CoI), Certificate of Processing (CoP) for a sterile BioClean™ product, Certificate of Conformity (CoC) or Certificate of Analysis (CoA). All BioClean™ Certificates are found through a search function on Ansell.com. For Certificate of Irradiation or Certificate of Processing, on the outside of the BioClean™ carton, you will find a sterilization or processing label. The label has an irradiation number that you will need to enter through the search function.

If you do not have an irradiation number, you can also search by lot number. Please be sure to specify which number you are using before clicking the search button. Once the certificate is found, a link to a PDF copy of the sterilization certificate will be displayed. All the irradiation numbers linked to that lot number will be displayed by size. Using this method could display more than one irradiation/processing number. In this case you can select the relevant document you need from the list presented.

For a Certificate of Conformity or Certificate of Analysis, please have the lot number as it appears on the product in the box.

A link to a PDF copy of the Certificate of Conformity or Certificate of Analysis will be displayed when the certificate is found.

• Certificate of Irradiation (CoI) – A declaration from the sterilization plant that the specified lot number of a product has received its validated Gamma Irradiation dose.


• Certificate of Processing (CoP) – A declaration from the sterilization plant that the specified lot number of a plastic product has received its validated Ethylene Oxide dose.


• Certificate of Analysis (CoA) – A data report from Nitritex Malaysia that the specified lot number of a product has passed its final QC and QA assessment



• Certificate of Conformity (CoC) – A declaration from Nitritex Malaysia that the specified lot number of a product has been released for sale, as it met the set specifications

We can provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for MICROFLEX® products. Please fill out the Contact Us form below and we will provide the necessary documentation. The product lot and batch number details will be needed in order to provide the correct documentation.

If you are looking for Certificates of Conformity, Analysis, or Irradiation for Ansell products besides BioClean™ and MICROFLEX®, please be sure to have the product style name, lot number and batch number ready for easy search. For TouchNTuff®, AccuTech®, Nitrilite™ and DERMASHIELD™, the best results for search are obtained by using the batch number (10-digit number on packaging) in combination with the style number.
