Evren Baykal

Vice President & General Manager, Chemical Solutions SBU

Evren joined Ansell in 2012 as Senior Marketing Manager for the Healthcare business in Australia after a solid international career in companies such as Smith & Nephew and Johnson & Johnson and a number of Marketing and Business development positions in Turkey, the US and Australia.

In 2015, Evren moved to the US and two years later was later appointed Senior Director, Medical Marketing for North and Latin America, leading marketing teams across North and Latin America with successful product introductions and executing a successful exit from the powder glove category.

In 2018, based in Shanghai, Evren pursued his career at Ansell as Senior Director, Medical Sales Asia, responsible for leading the APAC commercial teams and delivering APAC sales and profit targets. Evren was instrumental in successfully growing the business from $70M to $100M. Over three years, he led the restructuring and expansion of our sales organisation in China, building new key partnerships in Japan and introducing new channel strategies in Korea and Southeast Asia, along with new product introductions across the region.

Evren’s strong international product management, marketing and sales leadership experience will be a great asset to the Chemical Solutions SBU, further driving growth and strategic initiatives.

Evren is located at Ansell’s hub location in Iselin, New Jersey.
