Chief Financial Officer

Brian Montgomery was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ansell Limited, effective April 14, 2025. He brings over two decades of global leadership experience in corporate finance, strategy, and business transformation. Prior to joining Ansell, Brian served as Chief Strategy Officer at GE HealthCare, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and supporting its growth to $19.7 billion in revenue in 2024.

Over his 21-year tenure at GE and GE HealthCare, Brian held multiple senior leadership positions, including Acting CFO of GE HealthCare and CFO of the HealthCare Systems segment. He has led major acquisitions, business integrations, and the spin-off of GE HealthCare from GE, demonstrating deep expertise in financial strategy and operational execution.

As CFO of Ansell, Brian oversees the company’s financial strategy and operations, supporting both near-term performance and long-term growth ambitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and is based in the New Jersey office.
