Discover Ansell’s innovative mining safety solutions at IMARC 2025

Sydney, Australia - Ansell Limited (ASX: ANN), a global leader in protection solutions, will be participating in the International Mining and Resources Conference + Expo (IMARC), Australia’s largest and most influential mining event. Established as Australia’s International Mining Week, the exhibition will be held between the 21st and 23rd October 2025 at ICC Sydney. This marks Ansell’s first time participating in this exhibition.

At the event, Ansell will showcase high-performance glove and protective clothing designed to protect miners. This includes cut and impact protection for heavy-duty tasks, reliable chemical protection for oils, fuels and processing risks, and disposable personal protective equipment for splash protection and comfort.

Some of the glove brands that will be featured at the exhibition are ActivArmr™, HyFlex™ and RINGERS™, all of which are ideal for mining applications where workers are exposed to crush and impact, cut and abrasion risks. This include Ansell’s best-selling HyFlex 11-840 as well as ActivArmr Rubber Insulating Gloves (RIG). The RINGERS impact-resistant gloves feature patented technology to provide optimal comfort and protection.

The TouchNTuff™ and AlphaTec™ brands are suitable for chemical protection within the mining industry. The TouchNTuff 92-600 is the leading disposable gloves for chemical splash protection, while the AlphaTec 58-835 provides specialised hand protection against a large range of chemicals. The AlphaTec 1800 suit features bound seams which enhance overall robustness and barrier protection.

Other glove styles that will be showcased include EDGE™ high-visibility cut D gloves, RINGERS chemical and impact resistant gloves, and HyFlex ultra lightweight series. Visitors will also have the opportunity to engage directly with safety experts who will be on-site to discuss product features, case studies, and solutions that support safer mining.

In addition, visitors may request for a free customised chemical report generated by the AnsellGUARDIAN™ Chemical Assessment tool, which holds extensive permeation and degradation database. The report features glove and body protection recommendations based on the unique set of chemicals used at the workplace including breakthrough time for each chemical.
