Acting Chief Financial Officer

Fred has been with Ansell for more than 17 years, holding senior leadership roles across Corporate Finance, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and the Healthcare global business unit. He currently serves as Acting Chief Financial Officer, bringing deep financial expertise and a strong track record of leading complex transformation across the company to improve performance, scalability and organizational resilience.

Before stepping into the CFO role, Fred served as Vice President, Global FP&A, Strategy and Transformation, where he combined financial management with strategic insight to guide Ansell’s long‑term growth and profitability. His work spans financial planning and reporting, strategic planning, M&A, competitive analysis, and risk management, with regular engagement with both the Executive Leadership Team and the Board.

Prior to joining Ansell, Fred built more than 30 years of experience in financial and operational leadership roles across Fortune 500 and multinational companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Schering‑Plough, Nabisco/Kraft Foods, American Standard, and Centex Homes.

Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA in Marketing from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business.
