13 January 2026 – Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN, Ansell) announces the appointment of Mr. Jonas Samuelson as an independent Non-Executive Director, with effect on 1 March 2026.

Mr. Samuelson has also been invited to become a member of the Audit & Compliance Committee.

Mr. Samuelson is an accomplished global executive with more than 30 years of experience across finance, operations, and general management in multinational industrial and consumer goods companies. He served as President & CEO of Electrolux Group from 2016–2025, having previously held senior leadership roles including Group CFO, COO, and CEO of Electrolux Major Appliances EMEA. Before Electrolux, he was CFO at Munters and spent over a decade at General Motors and Saab in a series of senior finance, commercial, and business development roles across Sweden and the United States. He holds board positions at Volvo Car AB (STO: VOLCAR-B) and Perrigo Company (NYSE: PRGO), as well as private companies Axel Johnson and Rosti Group AB.

Mr. Samuelson holds a Master of Science in International Business Administration and Economics from Gothenburg School of Economics, Sweden.
