Appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in January 2026.

Before joining Ansell, Ms Ahlström gained nearly 30 years of international leadership experience in consumer goods, packaging and strategic transformation. She served as President and CEO of Fiskars Group from 2020 to 2025, leading the company’s portfolio of iconic brands and driving performance and growth. Her earlier roles included executive positions at Fazer and Amcor, where she led commercial, strategy and general management functions across Asian, European and global markets.

Ms Ahlström’s appointment as Ansell’s CEO reflects her strong track record in commercial leadership and cross-border delivery, and positions Ansell for the continued innovation and global growth of safety and personal protective products worldwide.

As an Executive Director, Ms Ahlström is not an independent Director.
