TIME OUT™ Skin Markers are designed to mark the correct surgical site on a patient's skin prior to a procedure and in compliance with The World Health Organization's Universal Protocol for preventing wrong-site surgery.  Includes 8 moisture-resistant, tear-resistant pre-printed labels and a flexible ruler.
