Human rights and safe working conditions are central to who we are. In FY25, we made meaningful progress:
- Increased the percentage of our workforce adhering to a 60-hour work week from 60% in FY24 to 76% in FY25.
- Achieved a 16% decrease in injury rate.
- Expanded the number of finished goods suppliers meeting our labour, health, and safety standards from 72% in FY24 to 90% in FY25.
Through our Supplier Management Framework, we’ve successfully engaged our largest suppliers, and we continue working closely with smaller suppliers to ensure progress across the entire supply chain. By embedding these practices into our business, we’re protecting people, strengthening our reputation as an employer, and serving as an industry role model.
