Jennifer Ross-Murphy

Jennifer Ross-Murphy is Ansell's Chief Medical Business Officer, responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and profitable growth of the company's Medical business. She is a results-driven executive with more than 25 years of experience leading strategy, supply chain, planning, and operational transformation across global organizations. Known for balancing strategic vision with disciplined execution, Jennifer has a strong track record of leading transformational change, developing high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business results.

Jennifer joined Ansell in 2020 and has led significant supply chain transformations, delivering improvements in service, cash generation, and operational efficiency. She began her career in strategic consulting at Accenture before spending 18 years in supply chain and planning leadership roles within the apparel industry, including 11 years with Levi Strauss & Co.

Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Business and French from Trinity College Dublin.
