Nathalie Ahlström

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Nathalie joined Ansell in January 2026 and is based in Ansell’s Brussels office. Before coming to Ansell, she gained nearly 30 years of international leadership experience in consumer goods, packaging and strategic transformation. As our CEO, she’s leading Ansell into an exciting new chapter, continuing our mission to protect people and advance safety worldwide.

She served as President and CEO of Fiskars Group for 5 years from 2020 to 2025, leading the company’s portfolio of iconic brands and driving performance and growth. Her earlier roles included executive positions at Fazer and Amcor, where she led commercial, strategy and general management functions across Asian, European and global markets. She’s also held senior business development and sourcing roles at Huhtamaki and began her career in consulting with Poyry Forest Industry Oy, while serving on the boards of Ahlstrom-Munksjö.

Nathalie was born in Finland and holds a master's degree in Science in Technology from Åbo Akademi University in Western Finland.
