PRODUCT BOOSTS WORKER CONFIDENCE WHEN HANDLING SHARP OBJECTS
RED BANK, NJ (January 11, 2010) - Ansell introduces Hyflex® 11-510 gloves, featuring a patented design with nylon and DuPont™ Kevlar® zonal plaiting on the palm and back of the hand to protect workers against abrasion and ensure product durability. This latest addition to the HyFlex line provides ANSI Level 2 cut protection, with a proprietary black foam nitrile coating for longer wear and sure grip in light oil and dry applications.
"Ansell developed HyFlex 11-510 gloves to boost worker confidence while handling sharp objects or working in restrictive spaces, which can increase output," said Don West, Ansell Brand Support Manager. "The gloves provide cut protection in a range of applications that likewise require a high level of dexterity and abrasion resistance."
HyFlex 11-510 gloves ensure an ergonomic fit by incorporating Ansell's patented knitted variable stitch design (KVSD) to release tension in high stress zones. Patented ComfortFlex padded cuffs offer added comfort and protection, with a soft feel and sweat absorption inside around the sensitive wrist area. A D3 Pinky design also allows a more natural fit for improved comfort.
New HyFlex 11-510 gloves are silicone-free and latex-free to protect workers and the products they handle. Suggested applications include carpentry, HVAC and pipefitting; final assembly; glass installation; maintenance operations; sheet metal press; small part handling; small scale stamping; and wiring.
The gloves are available in a range of sizes (6-11) to accommodate almost any worker. They are machine launderable with minimal shrinking and good recovery, and they hide soil for longer wear and reduced replacement costs.
