2. If you are using a large number of chemicals or a mixture of chemicals,

2. Please enter the drug name, CAS number, and concentration in the [Inquiry Sheet].
3. Please attach the [Inquiry Sheet] to the input form on the right and fill in your information.
4. Please press the "Submit" button.

* Due to the revision of the Industrial Safety and Health Act (mandatory in April 2024), inquiries are currently increasing rapidly.
If there are a large number of inquiries about drugs, if the sender address is not a company domain but a free email, or if there is insufficient information in the designated fields for company information, please wait until the report is created. It may take some time, or in some cases, you may not be able to submit the report.
