Hearts & Hands gives Ansell employees around the world a structured way to volunteer, donate, and make a difference.
In practice, employees can:
Volunteer through Ansell-sponsored community events, or independently at causes they already care about.
Earn Volunteer Rewards. Every hour of volunteering generates $15 USD to direct toward a nonprofit of their choice. The more they volunteer, the more they earn, the more they can donate.
Donate those rewards, or their own money, to any of more than 2 million vetted nonprofit organizations, with all fees covered by Ansell.
Request product donations to put Ansell's safety solutions directly in the hands of communities in need.

At Ansell, we’re committed to giving customers confidence in supply. As part of that commitment, our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu, India, began its first line production in February 2025.
Did you know that at least 14 million tons of plastic ends up in the oceans every year? With plastic making up 80% of all marine debris, Ansell has joined the fight against plastic pollution by teaming up with the Marine Research Foundation (MRF) in Sabah, Malaysia.
Ansell Global Volunteer Day is a new initiative where colleagues all over the world take one day out of their busy schedules, usually in April, to volunteer in their local communities. This year, 256 volunteers in 13 locations contributed time and energy to a range of worthwhile causes.
