VISOR AND FACE SEAL• Encapsulating suits fitted with a rigid 2 mm impact resistant PVC visor;• Optionally 1 mm soft PVC visor;• Visor comes in two optional sizes; CV or the larger VP1;• Non-encapsulating suits fitted with an anatomically designed face seal;
VENTILATION• A ventilation system is included as standard. For the safety of the wearer, it provides a constant level of overpressure inside the suit;• The AlphaTec® Regulating valve has 3 ventilation rates (2, 30 and 100 l/min) plus zero/off position and is also available in a passthrough version;(encapsulating suits only), for use with external air supply;• Encapsulating suits (type CV/VP1) have two AlphaTec® Exhaust valves in the back of the hood;• Non-encapsulating suits (type T) have one AlphaTec® Exhaust valve on the chest
ZIPPERStrong and durable watertight PVC coated zipper. The zipper is closing downwards, and is protected by a splash guard/flap.
GLOVES AND ATTACHMENTSAlphaTec® 08-354 Neoprene (chloroprene) rubber gloves in combination with rubber cuffs. Other glove options are available. The gloves are attached with the AlphaTec® Exhaust Bayonet glove ring system, which offers quick and simple glove exchange.
FOOTWEAR AND ATTACHMENTSSewn-in sock made of the suit material. Alternatively PVC safety boots. The boots are fixed with an ergonomically designed ring attachment, for simplified boot exchange.
